Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications
- Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Develop technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for construction and manufacturing purposes
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct thorough research to gather necessary information for design projects
- Review and modify existing designs to improve functionality or address issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of design components
- Stay updated on the latest CAD software advancements and industry trends
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a CAD Designer or similar role
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting tools
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, logic controllers, PCB design, and system design principles
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
